All are instructors are fully trained as MuayThai fighters. You won't be lost or neglected among other student guests and our instructors in each of the training programs will warm up with you, stretch together, wrap hands, and then work with you in and out of the ring.
We have many female guests interested in learning Muay Thai for conditioning and weight-loss. Many of our guests lose weight and gain muscle mass through hardcore training. More and more of our guests are interested in eating right and training 2 times per day to lose weight and increase conditioning and stamina.
